How to fix physics engine stutter and frame drops in DEATH STRANDING 2 on Great Wall GW3300 2TB?

I saw FPS drop to 48 in DEATH STRANDING 2 clouds. I tried power plans, but it failed. I used GamePP NVMe Config to set queue depth to 2048. Per CrystalDiskMark, 4K read speed went from 45-52MB/s to 68-75MB/s. Temp dropped to 78℃. I backed up the config successfully.
