How do I fix physics stutter in Where Winds Meet with my overclocked YMTC TiPlus7100 4TB setup?

I was worried when Where Winds Meet dropped from 120 to 55 FPS during cloud traversal. I tried Windows Performance mode, but E-Cores stayed busy. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set VCCSA to 1.23V. Cinebench R23 score rose from 34500 to 36800. HWiNFO showed core temps stable at 75-82℃. The performance is now verified.
