Adjust Corsair DDR5 LL voltage
Cloud physics caused a frame drop from 120 to 48 FPS, which was unacceptable. Changing power plans didn't fix the core load imbalance. I used GamePP BIOS Wizard to set LL to L3 and VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 showed multi-core scores rising from 35800 to 37200, with temps at 78-84℃.
