I felt my PC stuttering in Night City's neon lights. I tried maxing the BIOS fan, but the noise was unbearable. Using GamePP Fan Curve, I raised the 75C threshold from 60% to 85%. GamePP Hardware Sensor Page confirmed CPU temp dropped to 78-83C and frame time stabilized at 8-10ms.
