No Rest for the Wicked voltage fix
Cloud layers in No Rest for the Wicked caused FPS to drop from 120 to 48 due to E-Core overload. I tried changing the Windows power plan to Performance, but it didn't fix the physics lag. I used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set Load Line to L3 and VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 scores rose from 35800 to 37200, and HWiNFO shows temps at 78-84℃. The game is stable again.
