How to fix combat stutter in KCD II with GLOWAY DDR5 6800 RAM?

I was frustrated when KCD II dropped to 45 FPS in combat. I tried 7200MHz overclocking, but it crashed with BSOD. Using GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor, I saw 88-92% load. I adjusted timings to 36-40-40-108 and voltage to 1.35V via BIOS Wizard. Now, RTSS shows stable 58-62 FPS, and load is 75-80%. AIDA64 confirms improved bandwidth.
