Why is the frame rate unstable in Armed to the Gears with Western Digital WD Black SN770 1TB?

Battles in Armed to the Gears suffered from FPS drops due to driver issues with the WD Black SN770 1TB. Updating drivers failed. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler Panel to optimize process priority and I/O scheduling. RTSS monitoring showed frame time stabilizing, and I finally switched to the recommended power plan for consistent performance.
