How to fix frame drops during Hollow exploration in Zenless Zone Zero?

While switching combat scenes in Hollows, my Samsung 990 PRO with Heatsink 4TB saw write speeds plummet from 6000MB/s to below 800MB/s per CrystalDiskMark, causing nasty stutters. I tried re-executing partition alignment in Disk Management, but it did nothing for the SLC cache overflow; I still hit 3 frame drops per minute. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to bump the queue from 1024 to 2048 and enabled forced write cache flush. GamePP monitoring showed latency dropped to 65-72ns, and AIDA64 verified temps at 48-55℃. This finally did the fix
