Why are GTA V RP modded servers loading so slowly on Western Digital SN850?

Every time I switched areas in the RP server, the endless loading screens made me wonder if my SSD was dying, which was exhausting. I tried running a disk defragmentation, but the loading times didn't change at all per GamePP, making the attempt feel outdated and useless. I used GamePP to optimize the I/O scheduling strategy, setting the read priority to maximum and adjusting partition alignment. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K reads increased to 58-65MB/s, and AIDA64 showed temperatures at 40-48℃.
