Taming B850M CPU Thermals
During intense battles, my frame rate would jump between 120 and 60 FPS, accompanied by the frantic roar of the fans. I tried setting fans to full speed in BIOS; while temps dropped to 82℃, the high-frequency noise was like a power drill and totally unbearable. I switched to GamePP Fan Curve Configuration, setting a 72℃ trigger and a linear step-up curve from 78-88℃. Cinebench R23 tests showed max temps suppressed to 76-81℃ per HWInfo, with fan speeds stable at 1400-1600RPM per GamePP.
