How to fix blurry textures in Silent Hill 2 on WD Black SN770?

Walking through Brookhaven was a nightmare; distant buildings stayed blurry for seconds, killing the horror vibe. I tried lowering texture quality in-game, but while FPS rose by 10, the visuals looked like mud. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to set the depth to 2048 and tweaked the driver concurrency. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads jumped from 52MB/s to 68-75MB/s, and HWMonitor confirmed temps stayed between 45-52℃. CrystalDiskMark also noted I/O queue accumulation at 20-45ms.
