Civ VII VRAM Bandwidth Fix
My city scale hit hundreds, and the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 Ti AERO OC 16G Snow Eagle stuttered badly. Lowering textures made it ugly. I used GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to push VRAM from 2400MHz to 2500MHz. 3DMark tests confirmed bandwidth jumped from 768GB/s to 800GB/s, stabilizing frame rate at 110 FPS and fixing the visual chaos.
