Riding through the busy streets of Saint Denis, I felt a jarring micro-stutter every few seconds, with RTSS showing 40ms spikes that ruined the experience. I tried lowering texture quality to 'High', but the visual loss was obvious and the stuttering persisted, leaving me frustrated. I accessed the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game's VRAM priority to maximum and cleared 3.2GB of redundant cache. RTSS monitoring showed frame time spikes dropped to 16-20ms, with GPU core temps stable at 65-72℃ per AIDA64 and VRAM temperatures at 75-81℃ per HWiNFO.
