Stabilizing 4K Mod Performance
Riding through the snowy peaks in 4K, I felt a jarring lack of continuity as frames suddenly dropped from 70 to 35, which was incredibly frustrating. I tried disabling PBO auto-overclocking in the BIOS for stability, but it locked my frequency at 3.7GHz and tanked overall performance by 14%. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force High Performance mode and increased the fan speed to 88% for temperatures above 68℃. RTSS monitoring showed frame intervals converged to 10-15ms, and AIDA64 confirmed CPU temperatures stable at 68-75℃ with pump speed at 2800 RPM via GamePP.
