How can I fix high memory latency causing slow loads in RDR2?

Waiting 12 seconds for 4K textures in RDR2 was killing my immersion. I tried aggressive timings of 16-16-16-36, but my JGinyue X79 PRO immediately blue-screened and restarted. I needed a safer approach. I used the GamePP BIOS Wizard to set timings to 18-18-18-42 and voltage to 1.30V. MemTest86 ran eight rounds with zero errors. AIDA64 confirmed memory stability at 45-48°C, and load times dropped to 8 seconds. The system is finally stable and fast.
