Solving 990 PRO Write Latency
Teleporting in Ratchet & Clank felt like driving a car with a broken clutch. I tried disabling Windows write cache flush, but it caused drive disconnections, which was terrifying. I then used GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to identify the bottleneck and set queue depth to 4096. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads jumping from 50-55MB/s to 72-78MB/s, and GamePP sensors kept temps at 48-55℃. This fix restored the smoothness I needed for combat.
