How to fix timing instability in Gray Zone with Kingbank DDR5 6000?

I was so hyped for this hardcore shooter, but combat frame drops cut the pleasure in half. I wasted time updating GPU drivers, but that had zero effect on the memory timing bottleneck. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to bump the voltage from 1.35V to 1.38V per BIOS Monitor. This improved memory latency from 72-95ns to 65-72ns via AIDA64. My memory temperature stayed stable at 46-54℃ per GamePP Sensor, and VRM temps were 60-66℃ per HWiNFO64.
