Why does FPS drop from 90 to 30 in Call of Duty (2026) on B350ET2?

During intense city combat, the voltage instability caused my frame rate to crash from 90 to 30, which was incredibly stressful. I tried enabling High Performance mode in Windows, but CPU temperatures hit 92℃ per AIDA64 without fixing the drops, making the attempt feel pointless. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Wizard to manually set the LL to L3 mode and tune voltage to 1.32-1.35V. Cinebench R23 scores rose to 13200 points, and CPU temperatures stabilized at 75-82℃ per AIDA64.
