MS Flight Sim 2024 is stuttering badly in cities on my Galax H310M Warrior D4. Is memory the bottleneck?

Looking at RTSS, my frame times were swinging wildly from 16.6ms up to 45ms, which felt like a nightmare during takeoff with 0.5-second freezes. I initially tried dropping the render scale to 70%, but the game looked like a blurry mess—completely ruined the immersion. I switched gears to the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor and applied a voltage offset to the Galax H310M's controller, bumping the DRAM voltage from 1.2V to 1.35V while tightening the tRFC timings. AIDA64 showed a 12% bump in read bandwidth and a 15ns drop in random access latency. I actually hit a boot loop once during the process, but loosening the primary timings slightly stabilized it.
