Kioxia EXCERIA PRO IO Fix
Hunting in the Elder's Recess was a nightmare because the game would drop frames right as I was attacking. I thought I could fix it by running the Windows disk defragmenter, but that's useless for NVMe and just made my whole OS feel sluggish. I switched to GamePP Resource Scheduler, set the I/O priority to Highest, and killed background services. The results were instant: RTSS showed frame times converged to 12-16ms, while CrystalDiskMark showed cache-exhausted writes at 310-440MB/s. HWMonitor clocked the SSD at 48-55℃.
