Why does Need for Speed drop to 40 FPS during final sprints?

During the final sprint, the lighting effects explode, but the frame rate drops like a cliff, which is incredibly anxiety-inducing. I tried disabling all motion blur in the game settings; while FPS rose by 3, the core scheduling issue remained. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock High Performance mode and the Resource Scheduler to lock affinity to P-cores. RTSS showed frame time converged to 12-16ms, and my fan speed stabilized at 1700-2000RPM per HWiNFO, with CPU temps at 65-72℃ per AIDA64.
