Combat Micro-stutter Fix
During intense hero duels, I noticed fatal hitches in the frame rate that ruined my competitive edge. I first tried setting a fixed CPU voltage in BIOS; while temps dropped by 3℃, it caused unstable restarts during idle, which was a nightmare. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Wizard to switch to manual control and applied a +0.02V offset. Frame generation time converged to 12-16ms per RTSS Overlay, and CPU temps stabilized at 72-78℃ per AIDA64, while VRM temps hit 75-82℃ per HWiNFO64. This finally managed to fix
