Stop Memory Ceiling Deadlocks
As my first village grew past 50 people, the game would suddenly freeze for three seconds, making city management a total nightmare. I tried disabling all Windows visual effects, but it only freed up 120MB of RAM, which was barely noticeable. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to kill background services and manually locked the virtual memory to 16GB on my SSD. The GamePP memory load page showed physical memory pressure dropped from 98% to 82%, with RAM usage staying at 3.8-3.9GB per GamePP Memory Controller Monitor.
