Fix Urban Area Stuttering
Walking through Rattay was a nightmare; sudden frame drops made the game unplayable as the Onda 9D4-VH-D struggled. I first tried lowering the graphics settings to reduce the load, but the stuttering didn't improve at all, which felt totally futile. I then enabled the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard, switched to L2 mode, and tuned Vcore to 1.22V. VRM temperatures dropped to 72-78℃ per AIDA64, and CPU temps stabilized at 75-82℃ per AIDA64 after a long stress test, while Vcore held at 1.22V per HWiNFO.
