Fixing Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz timing mismatches?

Finally got the system stability sorted; MemTest86 ran 5 consecutive passes with zero errors, and textures now snap into place instantly. Looking back, in the town scenes of the Kiseki series, distant building textures were appearing like blurry mosaics because the default 16-18-18-38 timings on my Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz were hitting a massive 95ns latency. I tried increasing the page file size first, but that was a disaster—my FPS tanked from 60 to 45, and it felt awful. I eventually dove into the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard, tweaked the primary timings to 16-16-16-36, and bumped the voltage from 1.2V to 1.35V.
