Solving Thread Latency Issues
While traversing vegetation-covered streets, I experienced eerie momentary pauses that totally broke the atmosphere. I tried enabling High Performance mode in Windows, but it only caused core temperatures to spike to 85-92℃ per AIDA64 without fixing the stutters. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process to real-time priority and locked core affinity. This stopped the jumpy 2.8-3.6GHz clocks seen in CPU-Z. Frame time fluctuations converged to 11-15ms per FrameView, with CPU temperatures stable at 72-78℃ per AIDA64.
