How to stop FPS drops during machine combat in Horizon Forbidden West?

It was devastating when my frame rate crashed from 80 to 30 FPS during a giant machine charge. I initially tried disabling all power-saving options in the BIOS, but the system just blue-screened after ten minutes. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to switch to L2 mode and set VCCSA to 1.18V. Cinebench tests showed voltage fluctuations narrowed to 0.05V per GamePP, VRM temps hit 76-80℃ per AIDA64, and memory stayed at 58-63℃ per AIDA64.
