How do I fix the 60-second loading freeze in Hollow Knight Silksong?

Watching the loading bar stuck at 90% for a full minute was infuriating. I assumed it was a driver issue and updated it, but the game crashed instantly on launch. I realized the bottleneck was resource scheduling. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process priority to highest and disabled background sync services. I also optimized the BIOS settings via GamePP. Now, GamePP Timer shows loading times down to 15s, and MSI Afterburner confirms a stable 60 FPS, effectively fixing the crash loop.
