Intel 13900K Power Plan Fix
Screen flickering and physics engine lag plagued my intense battles in Helldivers 2. Task Manager showed P-core load at 100% and temperature near 95℃, with frame generation time hitting 18-35ms via RTSS. I tried locking the frame rate to 60 FPS, which actually increased stuttering and worsened the physics simulation. Using GamePP Power Plan Switcher, I switched to High Performance mode and capped the max processor state at 90%. This stabilized frame generation time at 14-16ms. Cinebench R23 multi-core score dropped from 32000 to 29000, a fair trade for stable gameplay.
