Virtual Memory Optimization
In fragmented scenes, the screen would freeze and crash to desktop without warning, which was incredibly irritating. I first tried enabling memory optimization in the drivers; while crashes decreased, distant textures suffered severe loading delays, making it unviable. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to manually set virtual memory to a fixed 32GB on an NVMe drive. Performance Monitor showed page exchange latency dropped to 42-48ms, VRAM hit 7.8-8.0GB per GPU-Z, and temps stayed 75-81℃ per AIDA64 with fans at 2400RPM.
