How to fix 2-second black screens when switching regions in Genshin Impact on Maxsun MS-TERMINATOR B850M WIFI?

Switching from Liyue to Inazuma caused a 2-second black screen that broke immersion. Updating the chipset driver failed to help. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to disable conflicting services and reset the storage driver. I then increased the NVMe queue depth from 512 to 1024. After a reboot, CrystalDiskMark showed I/O latency dropping from 15ms to 8ms, and HWiNFO64 confirmed drive temperature at 45-50℃.
