Fix Thread Scheduling Anomalies
Exploring dense jungles was frustrating because the frame rate would suddenly crash from 60 to 25, making combat feel sluggish. I tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' in Windows, but CPU temps hit 94℃ per System, causing severe throttling that felt like a superficial fix. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set L3 mode and VCCSA to 1.21V per CPU-Z. This worked; single-core performance rose by 5% per Cinebench, game FPS stabilized at 50-60 per RTSS, and GPU temps stayed at 65-72℃ per GPU-Z.
