Why do textures pop in on MSI B450M MORTAR MAX?

Riding through Rose Town, distant mountains were pixel blocks. I tried a 32GB page file, but FPS dropped from 78 to 61. I used GamePP BIOS Wizard to set timings to 36-38-38-72. AIDA64 confirmed latency dropped from 102-115ns to 76-82ns. This fix works great.
