How to stop texture blur in Black Myth: Wukong using Intel 660P 2TB?

Sneaking through Yellow Wind Ridge, textures would blur instantly when turning the camera, which was incredibly distracting. I tried enabling Maximum Performance mode in the driver, but while average speed rose by 1%, the stutters remained, which was disappointing. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to reallocate priorities and lock the queue depth at 2048. Loading times dropped from 14s to 9s via GamePP, and AIDA64 confirmed temperatures stable at 50-58℃.
