I'm supposed to be swinging through NYC, but the game looks like a slideshow—it's like my RAM is trying to perform some kind of digital archaeology. The bandwidth on the ADATA ValueRAM 8GB DDR3 1600 was dropping below 40% when streaming 4K textures, leaving the GPU idling while waiting for data.
