Fixing VRAM Overflow Stutters
Watching my city twitch during a zoom-out felt like a nightmare, totally breaking the management flow. I first tried lowering all shadow quality in-game; although FPS climbed by 5, the annoying stutters remained frequent per RTSS. I finally accessed the GamePP Resource Scheduler, set the game's VRAM access priority to highest, and killed background GPU acceleration. The results were night and day: RTSS showed frame generation time converged from 18-45ms to 14-18ms, and HWiNFO confirmed VRAM temperatures stayed within 42-51℃, while GPU-Z showed usage at 96-99%.
