Fixing memory spikes in Cities Skylines II with 96GB RAM?

Every time I zoomed out to look at my metropolis, the frame rate would tank from 60 FPS down to 15 FPS, which was honestly making me anxious. Even with the massive capacity of the Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz 96GB, handling tens of thousands of dynamic objects caused severe memory address fragmentation, pushing access latency into the 80ms to 120ms range. I tried turning on Windows Game Mode, but that was a total bust—it didn't stop the lag and actually pushed my CPU usage up by 15%, which was just frustrating. I ended up manually setting a fixed page file range between 64GB and 128GB and used a priority tool to set the memory to 'Realtime'. Monitoring with RivaTuner showed frame times finally settling into a stable 22-30ms window, and the screen tearing mostly went away. One annoying side effect was that my system boot time slowed down by about 8 seconds after the page file change, but I fixed that by disabling Fast Startup. Memory usage now hovers around 72.4-88.1GB with temps at 48-54℃. The input lag is gone and the controls feel incredibly responsive now.
