Ending Texture Flickering

Building a base in the Mistwood, I saw eerie white flickering on distant building edges, which was incredibly distracting. I tried lowering the anti-aliasing level; while flickering decreased, the edges became jagged and ugly, a compromise I just couldn't accept. I entered the GamePP Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard and tuned the VRAM voltage to 1.36V. This worked wonders; VRAM temperature was suppressed to 68-72°C per AIDA64, core frequency stabilized at 2400-2550MHz per GPU-Z, and the initial 72-78°C heat spikes seen in HWiNFO vanished completely.
