Tuning Memory Timings for Stability
Entering large maps felt like watching a slideshow due to extreme stuttering, with AIDA64 showing high memory latency. I tried increasing the page file size to 32GB, which only made it worse by dropping FPS from 78 to 61. Using GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard, I lowered timings from 40-40-40-76 to 36-38-38-72 and raised voltage to 1.30V. MemTest86 confirmed zero errors after 6 loops, and HWiNFO64 showed stable VRAM temperatures at 46-52℃.
