SLC Cache Recovery Tuning
Sprinting through Villedor, I saw distant building textures appearing as pixel blocks, which was an incredibly frustrating experience. I first tried enabling Ultimate Performance mode in Windows, but while CPU frequency rose, the texture lag remained, showing the bottleneck was the storage queue. I utilized the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to set the depth to 64 and recalibrated the SLC cache recovery priority. AIDA64 showed random read latency stabilized at 12-25ms, and 3DMark confirmed peak performance with memory temperatures at 52-58℃, while CrystalDiskMark read latency was 70-110ms before.
