How do I stop XMP signal loss causing boot delays in FF7R?

I was frustrated when FF7R boot times ballooned from 15s to 45s with micro-stutters. I tried reseating RAM, but it caused a BSOD. I used GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set VCCSA to 1.25V and timings to 18-18-18-38. MemTest86 confirmed stability with temps at 42-48℃, fixing the signal loss.
