Resolve MX vs ATV Frame Drops
MX vs ATV racing scenes were stuttering with frame times jumping to 20ms. I tried enabling AHCI mode in BIOS, but it actually hurt performance. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to raise the limit from 512 to 2048 and switched power management to High Performance. RTSS confirmed frame times stabilized at 8-10ms, making transitions buttery smooth.
