Solving Memory Ceiling Lag
Whenever a smoke grenade exploded, my screen would freeze like a slideshow, which is a total nightmare in a competitive game. I tried increasing virtual memory to 16GB, but it caused severe disk swapping latency, dropping my FPS from 60 to 35 per RTSS. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game priority from Normal to Realtime and shut down redundant background services. Frame times converged to 16-22ms per RTSS, memory read/write latency stabilized at 85-92ns per GamePP, and temps stayed at 42-48℃ per AIDA64.
