NVMe Queue Depth Fixes for Dead Space
Waiting 15 seconds for each level load in Dead Space Remake was ruining the tension. I suspected the Colorful BATTLE-AX B760M-F PRO V20 storage bottleneck. I first tried tweaking virtual memory size, but system response actually got slower and loads stayed at 15s. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the queue from 128 to 256. I also optimized the I/O scheduling strategy via the Resource Scheduler Panel. CrystalDiskMark stress tests confirmed the improvement in sequential read stability. The storage controller temperature stayed cool at 45-50℃ per GamePP Hardware Sensors. Most importantly, the loading time dropped to just 8 seconds.
