Solving CP2077 Voltage Jumps
Racing through the neon lights of Night City, my frame rate violently jumped between 60 and 30 FPS, which was a total nightmare. I tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' mode in Windows, but the frequency spikes pushed temperatures to 96℃ per AIDA64, making the frame drops even worse. I then used GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set L3 mode and tuned VCCSA to 1.24V. Now, frame generation time has converged to 11-16ms per RTSS, and core voltage is stable at 1.15-1.22V per HWiNFO.
