Fixing thermal throttling on Cooler Master B240 in Black Desert

I was getting these micro-freezes during combat that were an absolute nightmare in large-scale PvP. Looking at the logs, the B240 pump in 'Auto' mode was just too sluggish, letting the CPU spike from 60°C to 95°C in about 10 seconds, which triggered a hard thermal throttle. I tried switching to the High Performance power plan in Windows, but that just dumped another 20W of heat into the loop without fixing the pump lag. I eventually went into the motherboard control panel and forced the pump header to a constant 100% full speed, while dropping the radiator fan trigger threshold to 50°C. The sensors showed temps plummeting from 92°C down to a stable 65-72°C range, and the stutters vanished. I did notice a slight coil whine from the pump at first, but tweaking the voltage to 11.9V killed the noise. Idle temps now sit at 32-36°C. After three massive guild wars, the drops are gone and the fix is solid.
