Solving Forest Texture Glitches
While exploring the forests of New England, distant tree textures frequently flickered with strange color blocks, ruining the immersion. I first tried disabling Ambient Occlusion in game settings; although FPS rose by 5, the flickering persisted, making the attempt feel futile. I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to manually lock the memory voltage at 1.38V per GamePP and enabled Ultimate Performance mode. MemTest86 confirmed zero errors over three scans, with memory temperature stable at 48-54℃ per AIDA64 and CPU at 65-70℃ per HWMonitor.
