Stabilize Kyoto City FPS
Sneaking through Kyoto was a nightmare as my frame rate jumped between 60 and 35 FPS, totally killing the mood. AIDA64 showed CPU cores hovering at 88-94℃. I first tried enabling Power Saving mode to reduce heat, but that was a mistake; my minimum frame rate plummeted to 20 FPS. To solve this, I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system in High Performance mode and forced 100% fan speed above 80℃. Consequently, frame times stabilized at 14-18ms per RTSS, and core temperatures settled at 72-78℃ per HWInfo, verified via Cinebench.
