Lower VRM Temps with Fan Curves
Building a large community in The Sims 5 made my Maxsun MS-Challenger B650M WIFI VRMs hit 85-90°C, causing downclocking. I tried adding case fans, but the noise was excessive and ineffective. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to raise fan speed at 80°C to 1800 RPM and smoothed the curve. Sensors showed VRM temps dropped to 75-78°C with stable performance, and I successfully exported the configuration via GamePP System Backup Tool.
