Solving VRM Thermal Issues
It was pure frustration when my screen went black and the system rebooted right during a climax rat attack, killing all the tension. I first tried lowering the CPU power limit in BIOS; while it stopped the crashes, my loading speeds became painfully slow. I decided to use the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration panel to force directional airflow toward the VRM area and boosted fan speeds to 1600RPM per SpeedFan. The result was instant: VRM temperatures dropped to 82-88℃ per HWInfo64, and final stability tests showed motherboard temps at 62-68℃ per AIDA64, eliminating the 0.05V drop per CPU-Z.
